Overnight the French-based site of Gameboy emulator for WP7; Wario Jewels went live with the downloadable files to get Gameboy titles up and running via side-loading. You will of course require a NoDo or Mango Beta WP7 Developer unlocked device in order to side-load the XAP file.

Whilst I have yet to try and load any ROMS, I can confirm the XAP file deployed successfully to the WP Emulator.

The XAP also needs a Gamelist Creator App that runs on your home PC – simulating a server load of the ROM to your WP7 device, if this diagram is anything to go by:

Not sure how long this will be available – but the prospect of Pokemon on my phone has sure got my kids excited !
