Tile Path is an original board game created by LoonApps (http://www.loonapps.com).

Goal is to create colored paths between two marks of the same color. To do so, you must place colored pieces on the game board. When a colored path is completed, you gain a number of points equals to the number of the path's tiles

Tile path is available on Windows and Windows Phone.
